Featured Artist: Cara Greenleaf

Have you gotten to meet Artist in Residence Cara Greenleaf? We have been loving the photography in her posts recently and love seeing her take strides in collecting emails for her mailing list, too! We love seeing artists working on these things for their business.

Cara has done a great job varying her photography. Some recent shots include her supplies, overhead shots of her canvas, close ups on details and even a few videos of behind the scene shots of sketches from journal time! We are so proud of Cara for working diligently through the course and prioritizing a way to collect emails even at this early stage. In The Residency, we recommend attracting new eyes on our work through social media, building a website, connecting through emails and selling through collections. While Cara works through these steps she's already set up a landing page to collect emails even from these early stages. It is nicely branded and simple, but will give her a leg up as she launches her website and starts her next collection!
