Featured Artist: Emma Christopherson

We're happy to highlight our featured artist this week, Emma Christopherson! Emma is a London based artist, specializing in beautiful seascape paintings. There are so many things we are loving about her Instagram feed and website, and we want to share some of them with you now!

Emma's Instagram feed is a great combination of styled product shots, inspiration images, and pictures of her hands and tools. All of these different images in her feed complete her brand identity, and really show her collectors who she is. Emma has a distinct color palette for her work, and the blues and greens show up in each shot, which really brings her feed together. 

Emma also has a wonderful About page on her website. She speaks very nicely about her artwork by using descriptive language and emotion. This is an important part of selling art, because it allows your collectors to connect more personally with each piece. She also includes a section on her About page on how she is trying to lower the environmental impact of her online business. She states that she reuses her shipping boxes when she can, and encourages her collectors to do the same. We love how transparent she is about this process. Great job, Emma!
