Featured Artist: Priya Saraf-Kulkarni

Our featured artist this week is none other than Priya Saraf-Kulkarni! Priya joined The Residency in February of this year and we're so impressed with all the progress she's made already! She launched her website this week and we want to celebrate all her hard work.

The first thing your collectors see when they land on your site is your homepage, which is why it's so important that it looks professional. That being said, we love Priya's homepage! Her vibrant artwork stands out against the white background and the simple font choice makes the page look great. 

Priya also takes really beautiful images for her Instagram, and we can only assume they will be just as good when she releases her first collection onto her site! Her flat-lay shots are styled beautifully; a combination of close ups of all the texture in her work and shots of the entire piece. It's important to include the edges of your work when you're listing them so your collectors get a good sense of what they are purchasing, and Priya does a great job of this!
