Featured Artist: Shannon Emmanuel

Meet our featured member this week, Canadian artist Shannon Emmanuel! Shannon creates whimsical figurative paintings featuring some with bright and vibrant colors, and others with ones more muted. There is so much we love about Shannon’s website, so keep reading to learn about a few!

Shannon’s website is clean and organized, with a large header and easy to navigate tabs. It’s clear to her collectors when they reach her page where to go to shop her pieces. Shannon recently closed her print shop, so she features a spot on her homepage to inform her collectors of that, but that it will be open again soon. While her collectors may be saddened at first when they realize they cannot purchase their favorite print, they’ll be happy to know they’ll have another chance when the print shop is reopened. 

We love how easy Shannon makes it to shop on her site. Her “Shop” tab is sorted by her collections, so it is easy for her collectors to find the piece they’re looking for. They also have the option to view her previously sold items, which may be useful if they’re looking for inspiration for a custom order. Speaking of custom orders, Shannon offers custom black and white portraits, which makes such a special gift for someone you love! Keep it up, Shannon!
